Returns & Refunds Policy

This website is a catalog of our artwork. All purchases are processed through Etsy. Because prints are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change-of-mind. We do, however, make exceptions for quality issues.

Made-to-order: no returns (except quality issues)

Each print is produced after you order. For that reason, we don’t accept returns or exchanges for reasons like “changed my mind” or ordering the wrong size.

If there’s a quality issue (damage in transit, print defect, incorrect item, etc.), please contact us and we’ll make it right.

If your order arrives damaged or has a quality issue

If your print arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and include photos of the packaging and the item. We’ll help resolve the issue.

How to request a return or refund

  1. Open your Etsy order details.
  2. Use Etsy’s “Help with order” / messaging to contact the shop.
  3. If needed, email us at beautifulcityscapesart@gmail.com.
